Yoga, Chakra Healing & Meditation

Join us for a week-long healing experience through the chakras surrounded by the rich costal sands and clear blue sea of Costa Rica. Each day we’ll journey through one of the seven in-body chakras through yoga, meditation, guided visualization, discussion and adventures in the Costa Rican landscapes. Through our practice we will explore ways to help clear, unblock and transform your energetic body and awaken new potential energy for your life.
Nestled in on the nurturing grounds of the Goddess Garden Retreat Center in Cahuita, Costa Rica, we will explore what concepts we hold in each of our energy centers, how we manage our power, what yogic practices and asanas are pertinent to working with that chakra. Through chanting, guided visualizations for energy clearing and journaling work will continue to engage with ourselves to affect true healing and growth.

Shakti (Linda) Bracilano, a certified Hendricks life coach and
spiritual meditation teacher, is known for teaching core skills
for living through wisdom, compassion and playfulness.
Satyam Premraj Muench combines 30 years of professional experience
in coaching and spiritual growth to support participants in transforming
their lives towards their truth. He is a student of A Course in Miracles
and is an ordained Minister.

10 days of yoga retreat with Thomas ¨Hari¨ Würmli. Thomas has been practicing yoga since 1992 in the Sivananda tradition and he is the founder of the Surya Chandra Yoga Center in Switzerland.The Yoga classes are full of intense Panayama, attentive correction and the presence in the Asanas. Through the daily practice of Meditation and Yoga we calm the waves of our Spirit and enjoy the condition of inner serenity. The wonderful, natural Atmosphere of the Goddess Garden helps us to find the true nature of our being.
There are several tours planned including a trek through the National Park, a Dolphin Tour and a visit by the Indigenous people.
